A friend took us here for wings and bubble tea. It was around 10:30pm on a Wednesday night. The place was pack and with every right. You walk-in and the venue features an open space, high ceilings and great vibe. Crowed age was in their twenties. Service was great and you felt welcome. As for the wings and bubble tea? Great wings as they come crispy and flavourful. I had the salt and pepper wings which were tastefully seasoned (not over powering). I also had the Korean Spicy wings which were a little sweeter than I expected so that's my reason for the 4 stars. I accompanied the wings with a Strawberry Milk Tea which was delicious! You have to buy a drink to get the wing special and it only pays off if you eat over 30 wings but all in all good stuff. Best wings I've had in Calgary.
Happy atmosphere. This is a cute hangout for millennials and younger. Great to see gangs of young people playing board games, eating Taiwanese snack foods and consuming vast quantities of bubble milks and bubble teas. This is what Bubblemania truly excels in: Bubble Drinks. There is a large variety to choose from. Our family love the fruit bubble drinks with a mix of tapioca bubbles and coconut jelly. My personal favorite is always the taro coconut. Don't make the mistake of coming for lunch, however. They don't open till 2pm but open late till 1am.
IMO the best wings in town. Taiwanese Spice wings are out of this world in terms of flavour. The place is packed most nights and even more so on the weekend. It's the only place for minors to come hang out, grab some bubble tea and have some wings.Service is extremely fast for a place so busy. Wings and other items on the menu come out hot and fresh. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is nice (although a bit busy at times).
Absolutely love this place! Good food at very reasonable prices, love the wings, milk tea, fried rice and noodles here. This place is very casual and is very clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. If you plan on going, you should get a table pretty fast. Staff is very friendly, flexible with sharing bills. Definitely would recommend this place.
