Nice neighborhood cafe and bistro. Busy the day we went but service was great. Tasty baked goods and coffee beverages!
Vendome is a fantastic little cafe with awesome food and great coffee. The food selection is better than you may expect. It's small and quaint so get here early if you want to find a seat.
When my bf and I visited Calgary for the first time, we came here while in Kensington. Vendome quickly became one of our favourite cafe's in the city!Not only is the coffee fanastic, but the food is amazing. I am a fan of the avocado toast here... and my bf is crazy about the french toast with that marzipan-like whipped cream. Also, this place is very charming - there is constantly local artwork displayed in here. The service is great and pretty fast considering how busy it gets here! Tip: go in early on the weekends - this place has a constant line up to the door as its a popular place. Anytime between 10am and 1:00pm on a weekend day, expect to wait a good 10 - 20 minutes in line (but its seriously worth the wait). Now that we live here, well be visiting Vendome more often :)
Best cafe in Calgary. The lattes are the best, and the food is exceptional. Looked nice before the Reno and it still looks nice now. The French toast is always a great choice and the eggs Benedict is great.I guess the only thing I'm upset about is that the took the Salted Caramel French Toast of the menu, and that dish was a masterpiece! (Please bring it back!)
this may have been the one time I took a picture of my food. Got a tuna poke bowl (no radishes, but only due to allergies) and it was fantastic. The feel of this place is so cozy and trendy. Servers were great! Serving time was moderate, though... but considering how busy it was when we went it was understandable. Their menu had a great selection, too. Something for everyone
