We broke down during a cross Canada road trip and chose this shop to be towed to after reading reviews. The owner and mechanics were all so nice and helpful during such a stressful time! We had no idea why the car wouldnt start and thought that repairs would probably use up the rest of our funds or that we would be stuck in Calgary for a while. It ended up not being as bad as we thought, and we were out by the end of the day. Though it was still an expensive visit, we were so glad we chose a shop that was honest and explained everything to us, instead of one that would take advantage of our ignorance and try to rip us off! Its definitely a nicer shop than two broke road trippers would normally stop at, but you get what you pay for, and if you want friendly, honest service that you can feel good about, take your vehicle here!! You diagnosed my Honda Odyssey problem (hard starting when cold) as bad gas. I opted not to have you drain the tank and refill it with more gas. I googled the problem and replaced the engine coolant sensor today. Now the van starts just fine. I'm upset about paying $200 for a faulty diagnosis of a simple problem. I texted to suggest a partial refund and no one contacted me.
