Ive been going to this shop for years now, theyve been great since day one. When I first came in for service, I told the owner that Im worried that the scratches on my car would rust later on. He said hell take a look at it and let me know. When my service was done he said that the scratches are fine and he personally polished it. He didnt charged me for it, he just did it because he was being nice. That simple effort had assured me that this shop isnt all about the money, they care for their customers. Every time I get my service done, and when I need repairs, they make sure to explain every detail that I need to know. Which is amazing because I dont know much about cars but they make sure that I understand. Today, I received another above and beyond service from Joel and one of their expert mechanics, I didnt get his name unfortunately. I was worried about my tires since Ive been having issues with the pressure since my last repair. Theres also bulging in one of the tires. I came in without appointment but Joel accommodated and helped me right away. He didnt have to think twice, he took my keys right away and they inspected my tires. They tested my tires and made sure that it is safe to drive. I really appreciate their effort and honesty, also Joel didnt charge me a single penny.
Definitely recommend Euroworks. Took care of my BMW, they know their stuff and definitely passes the dealership standards. I came from dealer and they quoted me 7k for repairs. Euroworks made those repairs for 4k and car has been back on road for 2 months with no issues. Front end staff are great and got me going quick within 2 days. Always have a great experience at this shop, the excellent customer service of Joel and the team is remarkable , they genuinely want to help you and your vehicle the best that they can so you feel you are in good hands and they will work with you with the prices which is amazing! I have been going to other shops or even a dealership before and it didn't work for me, it either after a repair I go home and discover another problem or the problem still exist after a very expensive service.
