I have been here on three separate occasions and have been blown away all three times. They are absolutely lovely to deal with and explain everything honestly. Ive dealt with Jeff mostly, and I couldn't say enough nice things about my experience. They are appropriately priced and the work they do is above and beyond impressive. They really care that things are being done correctly without overcharging you. I really feel compfortable putting my vehicle in their hands. Would recommend to anyone in need!
I have been serviced couple times. First time, I was here because I have suspension problem on Altima. Although, I went to Nissan Dealer, couple other independent shops, I could not fix it but this shop found the problem right after test drive and gave me tip how to fix without Charge. Second experience is for my Audi Q5. I am having rough shift problem but after chaining ATF, my Audi is just like a new SUV. Staff is always gentle and friendly. I will get back to this shop 100% whenever I have problemsThanks
I've dealt with a few mechanics over the years, and none as good as these guys. Their rates are fair, they're courteous, and professional.My vehicle is fixed in a timely manner as well whenever I need to bring it in.I'm no "expert" on vehicles by any means, but I have a fair understanding of what's what; If there's an issue, they explain it exactly as it is, with no BS. I don't know about the other reviewers on here, i've never had an issue with anyone, or anything from Autorite. Definitely recommend.
I have used Auto Rite on numerous occasions with several different vehicles over the last decade and would highly recommend them. The staff truly know their stuff and I trust them with both european and domestic vehicles alike, they are always friendly and their prices seem reasonable. I much prefer going back to Auto Rite rather than any of the dealerships I've experienced in this city, for both simple check-ups and more major repairs.
Finally found a service shop I can trust. Gee was awesome and great people overall. Trust is built on honest service. They only fix what's needed. I was very satisfied that I brought my wife's van as well.
