The staff at Trio are always helpful and honest. I recently brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to have them check on the backup camera on my Ford Edge as it wasn't working. At the end of the day, they weren't able to confirm what the problem with the camera was, but the likely resolution to fixing it would mean an expensive replacement of the camera They contacted me to let me know that they were not going to charge for the diagnostic on the camera, because they knew that I wouldn't want to spend a fortune to get it fixed and that my car was ready for pickup. In doing that, I know that I can trust them. They aren't just trying to upsell and charge for things I don't need. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I have a garage that I can get the service I need and only what I need.
The owner Phil, is quite knowledgeable about motorcycles. Got my CBR650 serviced by Phil, very honest and actual cost was less than estimate. Will definitely be going to Phil from now on for motorcycle maintenance/repairs.
