While i was using brush after i put $9 in the mechine and Some old employee came to me and, excuse me, dont use brush if you didnt put the money. Because you ruined the brush now. what? There were tons of bubble all over my car and i use this way whenever i go to coin car wash. And it was not busy in the store at that time.(acutally only me) Nobody told me its wrong way since then. Dont worry sir. I will never come back not to break your brush down.
Big with lots of options. Do it yourself or drive thru. It's on the expensive side. And the attendant can be extremely annoying. I was there to wash my vehicle and when I was done the attendant wanted me to hose down the bay ....., On my coin. I don't think so That's the attendants job. Get after it Babba.
Used to really love this place. Last two times I have gone have not been so great.All the little things...Cold water.30 seconds to transition from high pressure soap to high pressure rinse, literally standing there watching your money burn away while soap continues to out.Does not accept quarters.$3 to start but only 2 min 30 seconds given.These may be little ways to increase profit margins, but when you have all of them, it really does start to add up. Hope at least a few of these issues are resolved in the near future.
Have been going there for over 15 years until the owner sent his worker over to tell me I was taking to long. Informed the worker if I was taking to long the owner could tell me himself in which he never did....have never been back since nor will I ever. Should learn how to treat loyal and repeat customers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, found a much better place who values my business.
Went there today and was very disappointed. First, in the drive thru, you are given only 2 options which happens to be the 2 higher priced options. The basic wash is discontinued for some reason. The "under carriage rinse" is more of a side rinse. After the wash the air dryers come on but the timer starts before it even gives you a green light. The air dryer even shut off before the timer was up. I checked my car and my car was still dusty and now full of residue from the soap. Unsure if its the quality of the soap or what. Definitely not going back. This buisness is cheap on their products and equipment, but quick to charge the customer a high price.
