On road trips I stop in Calgary to visit friends, this is the wash I always come to, get the bugs and highway gunk off my vehicle. Never had a bad experience. All the options work everytime I have been through there. Prices are very reasonable. Turning left back to the main road is hectic since there is no traffic light, other than that its easy to get to.
I bought a wash for my car because there was a persistent film clinging to it. After noticing that the first wash didn't fully remove the film off my car, I went back right away, I showed him my receipt, and he gave me another wash. He told me to bring the car around when it was done so he could make sure that it was clean. The second wash still couldn't get the film off so when I brought it back to the front, he came out and personally cleaned the car to make it was clean and he gave me a recommendation for a wash and wax to help make sure this didn't happen again. Excellent customer service, excellent clean.
First time trying the self-serve dog wash. I was impressed with how clean it was, and also appreciated the privacy of having my own enclosed area to wash my dog. I've been to other places around Calgary which are similar but this place allowed me to choose how much I wanted to spend by inserting coins, instead of a preset price based on size of my dogs or type of fur they have. I have two dogs, one small and one big and was able to take my time to wash them properly. Its a great option if you want to save yourself and your bathtub from the mess at home. They have shampoo/conditioner and towels provided but they told me I'm welcome to bring my own for next time. Going to make this place my new go to for my dog's monthly washes!
Sent our car in for full detailing. We had an entire jug of chocolate milk spill in the trunk and stain the entire mat. Additionally, as a construction and hockey family the rest of the car has also been subject to spills, mud and dust. Not only did Happy Bays come in cheaper than other detailing companies, but they were much more personable as well. The customer service was outstanding. And our car looks better than new. Highly recommend. We will absolutely be coming back.
Heard all the good reviews about this place so decided to take my son's first car there for a detailing in November. Extremely disappointed. The car was soaked for weeks so that you couldn't even sit down without getting your pants wet and the moisture fogged the windows. Outside needed a scrub and it was clearly just hosed down. Mostly though, I found they didn't care. I asked for a few minor things that weren't done. I called back to these guys to voice my criticism, left a message and they didn't even have the courtesy to get back to me. I'm looking to get my car detailed again, googled places and saw this business pop up. I wanted to share my experience. I would never take a vehicle here again.
