It's rare to be so thoroughly satisfied with vehicle servicing that you wish you could write two (or more!) reviews of the service because one review just doesn't feel like enough. That's the case for me and my experience with Detailz. My 4Runner was feeling a little bit gross and unloved, so I gave Detailz a call. They were able to get me in the very next day. When I showed up, they were ready for me, didn't have a wait, or any sort of delay. The shop manager greeted me with a smile and my name, got my paperwork ready, and let me know when they thought the vehicle would be ready. While there was no shuttle service, they were willing to drive me to the Ctrain station and there's also a lounge upstairs with a comfortable couch and a wall of windows looking down on the pristine open-concept detailing bays so you can see exactly what's going on.All the vehicles being detailed were high end - Lexus, etc - and that usually bodes well for the quality and skill of the work being done. The work they did on my 4Runner was remarkably stellar, and better yet, it was hundreds less than a place like Bubbles would have cost me. Because the interior wasn't terrible, they threw in an exterior package for no charge and just charged for the interior package. That's amazing. This experience went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely be back when my 4Runner needs its next spa service!
Detailz is easily the most efficient and comprehensive auto Detailer in Calgary...!!! Their attention to detail and willingness to do everything possible to please their customers is unmatched. Edgar has personally worked on all of our cars for several years and No One in the City Of Calgary comes close to his outstanding results. Everyone in the shop is so kind and willing to do EVERYTHING WITHIN THEIR ABILITY to Satisfy and make this an Incredible Experience. THEY HAVE NEVER, EVER LET ME DOWN. JUST REMARKABLE WORK,,!! I've been a return customer to Detailz and I will keep coming back. The service and finished product are impeccable. The owner takes the time to explain not only what they are doing and why, but how to maintain their great work as best as possible and for as long as possible. They have an open concept so that you can see all the work being done in their lounge and man is it really detailed work. Absolute 5 stars and well done Detailz! highly recommended.
Went to get an exterior package and I must say they did an amazing job from top to bottoms. Didn't even want to take the car outside... If cars had toes id let it tip on them home that's how impressive of a job they did at Detailz. The staff is absolutely friendly and environment is clean.When I went to pick up my vehicle I was taking inside and the wondful gentleman explained and showed me what was done,and gave me further tips on what to do in the near future. The engine bay was wwwweeelll done and overall I would definitely recommend Detailz to anyone and they will definitely be seeing me again. It's worth the money and time, they take pride in there job and go all Out for their customers.
I have been coming to Detailz every year for a decade. Zoran, Edgar, and the team here have never once disappointed me, and never hesitate to take their service level above what is required. Edgar even remembers me by name which is something I would never expect anywhere else, but here, it's normal. I have many options when it comes to caring for my car, but I always choose Detailz for a reason.
