I was immensely pleased with my visits here.I had a tooth chip and I needed an immediate fix and they fit me in right away. Then I came for a cleaning and then again for some cavity fillings. Everytime, the staff were not only incredibly kind and helpful but also personable.I highly recommend Dental One.

Very expensive dentist. Even with dual coverage the basic cleaning was always more expensive then both plans would cover. Also they bill the client first and then its up to the client to make sure insurance coverage is paid. They tried to get me to come in every 3 months for cleaning even though my teeth are healthy. They also tried to get me to buy a $2000 "appliance" or mouth guard and every time I would go in they would insist I buy the guard. They just want to bill clients the absolute most money they can.
I'm not a big fan of Dental One and here's why. First they do not offer direct billing if you have benefits coverage. I decided that this wasn't a deal breaker and stopped in for a full set of X-rays and check in. I paid the heavy price tag when it was all done and then proceeded to put in my claims only to find out that's good chunk was not covered despite asking them to verify the codes they will be performing with my insurance provider. Extremely disappointing. They also did some work to "redo" some of my fillings, again only to find out they over charged. So each province has a set billing guide from each insurance provider that most dental offices usually charge that exact amount. I'd expect a pretty tech savvy office to be fluent in these billing guides and charge that amount or at least advise their patients the extra cost. Dental one did not do this for me twice. Since then I have switched offices to one I prefer much more.
I was extremely impressed with the laser for my fillings! I much prefer this over the freezing and the drill. It was simple and painless.
