ABSOLUTE GARBAGE READ THE RATINGS CHECK OUT SMALL SHOPS. On hold for 2.5 hours and they hung up on me. My car is there and they are hanging up on me. had to call back 4 times and they keep hanging up. Also the guy at the counter was very rude and condisending. So I started talking about the details of my shop which is quarter the price for inspections, just like all little shops. Do not come here for auto service. I repeat DO NOT COME HERE OR ANY CANADIAN TIRE LOCATION FOR SERVICE, GO TO ANY SMALL PRIVATE SHOP INSTEAD.
I just got back from the Beacon hill location trying to purchase the Home Collections Box 5-Blade Fan 20-in for $29.99 as the website said there was 1 in stock. I arrive there and after looking myself then asking an employee, I find out that there is 0 in stock and there hasnt been in about a week. This was INCREDIBLY frustrating and a huge waste of my time. The lady I talked to was nice and tried her best to help so that is something positive which is why I gave 2 stars. But overall I will not be returning to this store as this is not the first time this has happened. Please update your website for the sake of your future customers.
Pulled into their automotive center around 6 pm on a Friday August 3rd 2018 for a low tire pressure issue that they did find a screw and plugged / patched the hole. They did align my my vehicle as well. However they damaged the a 800 dollar chrome rim on my front left tire and was left covered in grease that was clean prior as I checked the tires before pulling in. Unfortunately due to my haste I didn't check the rim after and didn't notice it till the next day. Got the job done however I saw another customer inspect his car after I should have done that. Good to use in a pinch however I would recommend somewhere else if you need work done and have other options.
I would like to commend the Canadian Tire Beacon Hill Automotive Centre- specifically Debbie and Shendell who were beyond understanding and flexible when I brought my vehicle in for repairs. They took me into the shop to show me what was going on with my vehicle and were very understanding when I chose to only fix certain parts, and not the ENTIRE quote after the inspection. They made sure my safety was #1 (in regards to repairs), and were extremely helpful, patient and kind throughout the entire process. GREAT employees- THANK YOU!
Needed brake works on short notice. Mickey was able to squeeze me in for a quick appointment. I take my cars here regularly and have been very happy with their service and work.
