Stopped in to make an appointment and was told they had time to do an out of province inspection right then and that it would take about 2 hours. Walked around for 2 hours and came back thinking itd be all done since I seen my car outside. No such luck! I watched the squeal into the garage with someones car as I was walking in. When I asked about my car - they had no idea what was going on and couldnt find my keys. The guy said he had thought the mechanic had them but he didnt. THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED!! Then I watched him look in a cupboard and find my magic reappearing keys!! Then the whole experience went down hill from there.... strongly do not recommend anyone bring their vehicle here for anything !!
Sorry, I can only mark two stars for now because I had unhappy experience with this store.A few days ago, we purchased a bike for my kid, cashier just told me "warranty is awesome". She didn't mention anything about its non-refundability. Later, my kid noticed kickstand didn't work. Today, I explained to duty manager, he repeatedly said it is policy, not refundable. Then, he tried to get its kickstand back with his foot and kept saying "it is working", even if he harshly pushed it and barely back. I never seen anything like such a rude customer service. To duty manager, I understand you wanted to trust your staff, I saw you look passionate as a duty manager. But, I did not tell a lie. she didn't mention it is non refundable. I know there may be some bad customers, but please do not treat all customers like that. It remains unhappy memory in my head. (However I would like to say "thank you" for refund my money). For sure, staff need to get educated to let customers know before they pay for non refundable stuff. Hopefully, this store listen to customers feedback and improve their quality of service to make many people happy.
Good sized store located on the east side of Sarcee from West Hills. Lots of parking available. Staff are friendly and helpful.
I do NOT recommend this auto shop. The bolt that secures my car battery to the panel of the car broke while I was replacing my dead battery. I brought my car in to get help removing the bolt.I was told it would NOT take up to 1 hour to remove just 1 broken bolt from the panel, but the system required them to print the work estimate as 1 hour initially. I was assured that once the work was done, they will adjust the work to half an hour. While waiting for my car, the technician popped the hood of the car, left it open and proceeded to doing something on his cellphone which appeared to be browsing or texting (not sure). This happened so much in-between removing this one broken bolt that the labor actually took an hour.I was made to pay for an hour's labor which included paying for the tech to play on his phone.I do not recommend this auto-shop as I was misled and eventually ripped off.I was sent a survey about 2 weeks ago, where I stated my encounter and experience and I selected the option that the manager should call me on this. I patiently wait for the call...
Unimpressed with this Country Hills Location but also with Canadian Tire as a whole. I purchased a Bike online for in store pickup, showed up and picked up the bike at the front counter and went on my way. I got home and adjusted the seat and realized the Bike was too small. I tried to exchange it for a larger bike but they have a zero exchange or return policy. They mentioned it was written on signs by the bike rack (which I did not go to as I picked the bike up from the front customer service desk) and it was written on a piece of paper in a large package that they handed me, which I did not take the time to read over as there were people behind me in line. No one explained to me that there are no returns. I would have adjusted the bike and took it for a test drive in store if this was the case. I wanted to exchange the bike for an even more expensive bike and still got a no. No where on the Website does it mention this zero policy for bike exchanges, not even in the returns/refunds section. I am very disappointed I have wasted hundreds of dollars.
