Very helpful staff and surprisingly friendly atmosphere for a high end store. Great selection, everything from shoes to jewellery .
Holt is always clean and bright with various interesting displays and merchandising. They sometimes have pop-up mini stores, such as juice bars, that are unique. My only real complaints are that sometimes sales staff are a bit standoffish in the clothing department specifically and that there is a very large spread on prices. The make-up and designer jewelry is reasonable, however I once picked up a $330 dollar knitted hat... They sell a large selection of Canada Goose during the winter months as well, if you're looking for more trendy styles than what some of the other department style stores carry.
Amazing place to get all your designer needs in one place. However the staff there can be very pushy at times. They also constantly great you as there are a ton of sales associates for the most part they are helpful.
+1 Star UPDATE: I went to look for a dress and found one. The staff was really helpful all throughout the process. The product, luckily was on sale and it was worth it as the end user really loved the dress.I was looking for specific shoe from Gucci to see it in person, but unfortunately they do not carry it. The staff were friendly and helpful and, no I was not wearing fancy attire to be recognize. I would go there more often if I can afford the products on a regular basis. Overall, I would go back to check out the trends.
The staff at Tiffanys at Holt are so sweet! We went to Tiffany to pick up my second wedding band, and from walking in the door we knew the service was top-shelf! Myriam ensured that we left happy, and even follow-up with the sweetest hand-written card of congratulations before my big day!
