Went in for a car battery refund, left with valuable information on how to maintain and take care of my new car battery. North, one of the workers in automotives, helped teach me some things on how to prevent damage to my new battery and some products to help get it ready for winter. He went out of his way to help me in a selfless way that was friendly and informative. Probably going to save me some money as well. Thanks North!
I have always loved the team and service at this location but today Jake the Service member I had to deal with was to busy and occupied to assist me so I will take my business to someone who values it. Thanks for keeping me on hold for 10 minutes and I wasn't even upset about that. Rushing a customer is the worst customer service you can provide.
Although i got what i came for but the staff was rude they refused to price match just because it was 06:08 at the cash counter and as per them the customer services leaves at 06:00pm really!?!? They need to work on customer service.. not recommended certinaly
Great deals! Clean store and well organized, although there were a lot of isles that were being blocked by pallets and employee's restocking carts. I applaud this store for labeling their washrooms with a sign for Men, Women, wheel Chair and infant. I don't understand why every store can't do this as well. There are two well kept - single person - washrooms, available for anyone to use.I wish there would have been a cart return station in the parking lot so that I didn't have to go all the way back into the store with my child in the car... unless there was and I just didn't see it, and which case maybe there should be a couple more.
Helpful staff. Good return policy. If you change your mind or something you bought at Canadian Tire doesn't work. They are good to take it back. They have a variety of items now. From home appliances to automobile products & more.
