I ordered a bouquet of flowers as my daughter graduated and has become an elevator mechanic. I ordered what I thought was a really nice bouquet. I asked to have it delivered after 4:30pm. Not only did it get delivered 2 1/2 hours early and just dropped off but it wasn't the same order that I placed. Although she said they were nice the pictures that she sent was not even the same order. I did email my complaints and did not receive even courtesy call or email. I will not order from them again. I would not even rate them as a one. Very disappointment.
I ordered flowers online to send to my sister for her birthday. after looking at the selection, I chose an arrangement Beautiful picture online with yellow and white daisies in a yellow vase with a ribbon. - Only when the flowers were delivered, she was so excited she sent me a picture, I was shocked at the small bunch of flowers received in a box as a bunch and NOT a vase as advertised, ordered and paid for.I sent three emails to Bloomex before they responded to me with the following: - See their responseThe flowers were received in good condition and was sent out correctly. No vase was purchased. Thank you, BloomexSo just a heads up Call them when ordering your arrangements and ensure you get what you pay for.I feel ripped off as I paid $47 for a bunch of $15 flowers, I could have picked up at a supermarket on the way home...Needless to say I will not ever be doing business with them again!!!
zero stars would have been best. I have ordered flowers twice, the first time for mothers day and not only did they arrive 5 hours late, it was missing flowers. So they gave me a credit and I tried them again. Second time, the order was late again. I received emails to say it had been delivered, but did not get the product for another 3 hours. Never again.
I have used Bloomex for the last few years and have only had 2 good on-time good product delivery's in the last 20 orders.They are not customer focused there phone line is not manned by a person and you cant actually speak with anyone. Last order was not delivered on time even though I paid for the Morning delivery it was delivered at 4pm. The flowers are never good quality. I will never use Bloomex and would urge anyone looking at flowers on line to NEVER use them. I asked for a refund on my last order due to it being late not received because the person had left for hospital but there response was the don't care even though there email address is wecare@bloomex! No refund no apologize i'm sorry. Disgusting customer service
I paid extra money to have the flowers delivered in the morning because I was home but they showed up later in the afternoon, leaving the bouquet in the sun. They sent me an email saying that they got delivered at 11:50 AM but it's not true because I was just outside watering my front yard and I would have seen them delivering. Lies to get good stats on the delivery time? People aren't stupid guys. Bad service but at least I managed to save half the flowers. Customer service unhelpful. Never again.
