We just had to write a review of the most amazing associate at Calgary Chinook Center Pottery Barn. Shirlene James was by far the most knowledgeable, most helpful and as a huge perk - the most fun associate we have ever worked with! Waited seven months to have them inform me that they couldn't ship the product I ordered from the Calgary store, they then attempted to have me swap it with a completely with a different, cheaper alternative... No attempt to make things right. Terribly disappointed with the stores service.
Pricy but beutiful
A HUGE thank- you to amazing staff at Pottery Barn. My sister in Calgary made a number of purchases from your kids store and when I was having troubles finding the right desk for our new home, she recommended Pottery Barn. I looked on-line and immediately fell in love with the Whitney Desk, but wasn't sure how easy it would be to purchase (sight unseen) from Kelowna and then get it here. To my surprise, not hard at all! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and we had our beautiful new desk to our new home in no time. We are extremely happy with the service we received and the quality of product provided for such a great price. Thanks again and looking forward to making more purchases from your store!
