Mike and Justin were very helpful and knowledgeable. All the salesmen were extremely polite and willing to help. All the furniture I've bought has lasted throughout the years and all for such great prices! I've recommended surplus to many friends, family and agencies and will continue to do so.
All the guys at Surplus were super nice! Weve gotten many pieces from them. Their layaway plan is so great! The latest we got is a double reclining love seat and T.V stand. Both were packaged up really well for transport and got them home without a problem. The loveseat is so comfy and with drink holders and cubby in the centre makes it complete! At first we thought the t.v stand was gonna be to to wide for where we wanted to put it, but once we got it home and set it up it looked wonderful. Nice quality products. Were extremely pleased with our purchases and are very happy customers! Highly recommend this place!
Staff were very helpful when we were looking for a sofa. The Manager, Justin, was very professional, he does care about the customers and the customers' needs. He explained everything that we needed to know before purchasing the furniture. Erzen and RD were very welcoming, they were the people who helped us decide better on which sofa should we get. All in all, I will definitely go back to this store, staff are very friendly and all you need is to tell them what you have in mind and they will for sure recommend you the best furniture that they have. The people who work in this store work with passion and they are not just after your money!

Horrible customer service, they keep pushing you to buy and no one tell you that is a final sale and if it is not suitable for your house , you have to donate it , NO RETURN ...when i ask them why you didn't tell me this is a final sale . they said that is not our business to tell you that is a final sale... they are very aggressive talking to me .. not recommended for anyone, even if you pay more in other stores which is not a big difference by the way , but you will get a better customer service and a right to return it back and save your money...AGAIN, NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE TO GO THERE
