NEVER EVER BUY AT STRUCTUBE!!!!! Ordered a set of living room furniture in May! Got told one piece is on back order and we will get it delivered by July 3rd. Upon calling every week startig July 3rd, we only received rude customer service and got told for the next 6 weeks that the order is on the delivery truck! Needless to say, the order NEVER showed up! Calling today we talked to the MANAGER Christine, which was as rude as any other employee, only to got told they still dont know where the order is and in case it does show up WE have to pick it up!!! Now we have one piece of a two piece set of furniture since MAY and nobody at Structube cares at all.They just tell you YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK!? Well then we still have only one piece of furniture!SERIOUSLY! Stay away!!And by the way, they telling that their stuff comes from Montreal, which all their stuff comes from CHINA and thats why we probably dont get our stuff aince it most likely got stuck in CHINA somewhere.Worst ever Customer service in my entire LIFE!!!
like shopping at this location but was shocked by last customer service. Called the store regarding my shipment being delayed, was told by Manisa I believe that the store has no control. I stopped by next day, as I was being helped by a younger gentleman this lady from nowhere comes and interrupts me. She kept on repeating what she told me yesterday, I was only in the store to let them know that I will be going out of town. I have always liked the customer service however with the negative and offensive attitude I will think again.
STAY AWAY FROM STRUCTUBE! Another couple days went by after our last phone call and still nothing from upper management or anyone else for that matter. Has been almost 8 weeks of rude customer service, multiple phone calls (from our side, dont think they ever call you!!!), no knowledge of any kind from their staff (how can you not know where your shippments are?!?!).I guess we just have to wait and hope that one day someone will contact us and we maybe get the furniture we ordered month ago.Website says that the piece we ordered is in stock ...........
The store is set up nice and the furniture all looks wonderful. We picked out a kitchen table that we really liked. It was a unique design with three legs. The staff were great, ordered the table for us and it arrived quicker than quoted. Got the table home and 3 days later it collapsed. Gave the store the benefit of the doubt and they replaced the leg. A few days later the table collapsed again. Huge design flaw in the table, essentially when the table has weight on it it forces the legs to spread apart and the connection fails. The guy at the store said hes never had anyone with that issue. I call BS on that. The table simply can't hold any weight at all. you sit 4 people down at the table with food, plates and their elbows and the table gives up. Problem was we really liked the table top. Couldn't find one in its size that we liked anywhere else. So in the end we kept the table top and threw away the legs. I built a new set of legs for the table that can actually hold weight and now things are great. Probably won't shop here again as the quality of the furniture is in question.
I was in desperate need of furniture and it was very last minute. The staff at the 130th location in Calgary was absalutly amazing!!! Words cant express how greatful I am for their help. The manager she did everything in her power to make sure i was able to get what i needed. They helped me wrapped the furniture up and even carried it all out to my car. Thank you again. Will def do more shopping there.
