I have not visited this outlet but I have been communicating with Iman over the phone for the last couple of weeks and I find she provides exceptional customer service. I plan to buy furniture from this outlet soon.
I just wanted to thank Nick for coming all the way down from Cross Iron Mills to the clearance warehouse in south Calgary to help me purchase my sectional today. Not only was he a pleasure to work with but made every effort to ensure my parents and I had an easy and comfortable experience. Due to the clocks "falling back" last night, there was a little confusion with the appointment time with another staff member but Nick came through!!! Thanks again. GREAT SERVICE - which is hard to find these days.
My first impression of this shop was very disappointing because of a lazy staff. But thanks to Leslie and Iman, they reached out and turned things around. I really appreciate their effort for treating each customer in such way.
My wife and I had a great experience at Revolve! Our sales associate (Iman) was fantastic. She was able to actually get us great pricing as the items we wanted.......came as a complete set of (3) , which I guess does not happen often. We had some pilling on the one item starting to occur and she went out of her way to google an item that we would use. would shop here again!
