I was referred to this clinic following a MVC. Throughout my journey towards wellness I have been impressed with the consistent professionalism and ongoing commitment of the staff. Katina at the front desk is always very welcoming and engaging and consistently greets clients with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Miranda and Eric are skilled physiotherapists that take the necessary time to complete thorough assessments to direct the client towards optimal results. Caroline and Kirsten are fabulous massage therapists that manipulate their hands to work wonders on addressing problem areas. The physio assistants are always polite and helpful and are eager to do what they can to facilitate the seamless delivery of care. Overall, this is a one stop clinic that offers various disciplines to best meet the needs of their clients.
My first visit I was in such bad shape and lifemark namely Kirsten saved me ! I was barely able to walk and in a few short visits she was able to repair me , not only that but educated me with the proper exercises to help me maintain. She has been my guardian angel and I am forever grateful...thanks
I received treatment from Miranda for rotator cuff and shoulder/arm nerve issues. I found her wonderful to deal with. She is polite, courteous, super knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I also have received wonderful treatment from Vivian and Amanda. The rest of the staff are also accommodating and helpful.
My wife has BPPV Vertigo going on 2-months. She had a session with D'arcy Gainor on September 25th and left the clinic most impressed. He was most professional, understanding, compassionate & knowledgeable. His bedside manner and caring attitude are first-rate, and communicates with you before he does anything. I highly recommend him and we're sorry we waited 2-months before seeing him. He is excellent!
This was my first experience with Lifemark at Crowchild Twin Arena, and I would not hesitate to go back. All the staff were courteous and friendly, and I believe the excellent treatments I received speeded up my injury recovery. I continue to use the home exercises prescribed. Thank you!
