Menu is limited but food is good. Staff was not very friendly. Definitely attracts an older crowd. This is the place you want to be seen dining at on the weekends if you are in your fifties or sixties.
The food was so delicious! We went there today and really enjoyed the food.I think my favorite was the steak and fries. The dessert was also very delicious. We had Creme Brulee and the chocolate cake too! I remembered to take a Photo after the food was done... that's the testament to how much we loved it.
Amazing. This is one of the top establishment's in the city, it's authentic it's done just the way it should be prepared. The staff and owners have an excellent chemistry that is second to none and they look genuinely happy. It's never over hyped and delivers every single time what is expected by the customers. Don't be afraid to give the daily specials a try as it may introduce you to something new :)
Amazing french food with a seafood and meat dish special daily. The food is always fresh and delicious and the owners and staff are exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant and try to go every few months. Cassis is hands down one of the top restaurants in the city.
I can't wait to come back! Having made a reservation for two I was looking forward to a pleasant meal with my mother and didn't know what to expect. The location was very convenient and easy to find.Our table was waiting, we had the opportunity to sit outdoors but chose inside to stay cooler on a hot summer's eve.Our server, Fergus, was very professional and friendly. He guided us through the menu and described a dish, Duck Confit, which wasn't a regular item.As it turned out, the duck was our choice and we were treated to a superb meal. (So tender it fell off the bone) During our visit I had the chance to ask Fergus about the other dishes, his wine recommendations and other drinks available. He has been a sommelier for over 10 years and has a passion for wine! All in all, this bistro/ restaurant is now in my top 5 restaurants in Alberta.I definitely recommend a visit and look forward to my next chance.
