Great brunch location that's always bumping no matter the day or time! We had lovely service & smiles throughout our whole meal. I would say it's in the gourmet brunch territory, but did not feel like the prices were above the type of food we were served (as in it felt fair from the quality of ingredient). We were definitely full & comfortable from all the food in our bellies. The best part? Great decor & huge cups of coffee! There's nothing that makes me more sad when I get the smallest coffee cup with brunch. Keep that java coming!
Nothing but love for this place. Waited an hour thirty minutes to get in but it was well worth it! Unique and creative selection. I guarantee you've never tried the things they serve up anywhere in Alberta.
Busy spot for a good reason! HELPFUL TIP, you can pre-reserve your spot on the wait list online. It tells you your wait time as well, I find this super handy rather than standing in line waiting forever. I'm convinced that I could never be disappointed by the food here. Always amazing, every time.
These OEB breakfast places are popping up all over Calgary. They have a cheeky little menu promising you a light twist to normal breakfast fare with either duck fat and locally sourced ingredients (check their chalkboards for detailed information). Absolutely very fresh food, great service and a hell of menu. Drawing the much younger crowd you can see a lot of first dates going on. Forget about popping in on the weekend because you are looking at a 2 hour wait but they will take reservations which I recommend a day in advance. OEB crushes their competion such as Cora or Denny's but then again you are going to pay twice as much.
Service was awesome! Food was amazing! We just got the traditional breakfasts but the meat was amazing, their rosemary ham was one of the best things I've ever tasted. Only thing I didnt care for was the seating. Personally I don't like when you're seated at a window and right next to people like a bar, but decently comfortable seats. Will definitely be back!
