The store was clean & well arranged with a good variety of older discounted shoes and new stock. Staff was very attentive & friendly

The manager seems really young and doesnt know what shes doing at all. She was super nasty to one of the customers, and I was watching from afar, and she rudely approached the customer. Hire a new manager please, and I will continue to shop there.. if not Im not longer supporting the Aldo store in Shawnessy.

Worst customer service ever. Walked in an hour before closing and there were 2 girls working. 1 was with customers and the other was standing at the cash twiddling her thumbs. Neither acknowledged me until the 1 girl was done with her customers, by that time I had already found my size on my own. The one girl asked the other who was originally standing at the cash to grab me the other shoe from the back and she basically rolled her eyes and then rudely brushed past me as she walked to the back. Will not return to this location ever again.

Great service!They were very helpful in tracking a lost shipment and were able to re-order a new pair of shoes for me.Staff were very friendly and pleasant. The store has an awesome sound system too!

I went there to get some boots and no one offered me assistance for the first 15min. Then, a nice sales associate helped me out but clearly they were understaffed. Afterwards, I asked the only other sales associate (who was at cash) to find me a pair in my size and she rolled her eyes. She went to get me a pair and slammed them down saying "here." Is this any way to treat a customer? Moreover, the box only had one shoe in it, and she didn't even bother to get me the other shoe. I will not be coming here in the future nor will I recommend this particular store to my friends. Stay away!
