Great staff and excellent management. Had an issue with a manufactors defect in shoes for my daughter. Management handled the issue quickly and efficiently. Replacement shoes are being delivered right to our door. I will continue to buy myself and my kids shoes from journeys.
I walked in and because I was dressed poorly they did not even say welcome or hi like was done in other stores and that speaks badly of them I left immediately to go get what I wanted from another store
Nice place for Converse, Levis (shoes), Vans, Adidas and Timberlands. Prices may be a little higher for some compared to the Vans Outlet.
Scott the store manager and his assistant manager lysaa are the worst. have horrible customer service skills.
They always try to sell me the scuffed display shoe for full price... Really..... everytime. Staff us very uncomfortable to be around because they talk to you while dancing... are you on drugs? Online shopping SUCKS . AS orders NEVER GO THROUGH . Ordered 3 times with 3 differnt cards . Nothing works ... so done going to the companys for the brands i want .
