This place has no idea what it takes to provide good customer service. I brought back a pair of shoes which I purchased 2 weeks ago. The shoe started peeling. I was told that it is normal wear and tear? The manager Holly has no idea how to help or understand a customer in a difficult situation. I paid over $90.00 for these shoes that didnt last for two weeks knowing this She did NOT offer any help but simply said to contact manufacturer. I dont know how a person like that can be called a manger who brushes customers off. I brought receipt and original box with packaging I was still refused.

If you look around you will get good deals on footwear.They have a good selection here and the staff is really helpful too.
I think it would have been more helpful if the 3 employees standing at the front of the store chatting would have been trying to help the customers
