I went for a treat yesterday. The facilities itself is clean and sleek. However, the estheticians I had yesterday did a really 'rush' job. Not sure if that's what customer would normally get for a promotion. They did offer me a free complimentary membership pin my birthday. But probably would rather pay a little bit more money to go to a different spa to have the job done properly.
Had been experiencing upper back and shoulder pain in recent month, to the point I would almost consider it chronic. Was recommended by a colleague to book with Tibor S. Overall I had 3 deep tissue massages with Tibor over the past month and am shocked to say that my pain has completely subsided. Im standing taller, sleeping better and have stopped taking Advil / pain killers. What impressed me most about Tibor was his technical knowledge of anatomy and functional movement. Not only did he resolve my pain management issue. He educated me on various stretching techniques to help maintain my upper back and shoulder health.
GREAT EXPERIENCE! my massage therapist liliana was amazing! Came in with some huge knots in my back that had been giving me grief for over a month. I left this place feeling like a new man! Liliana did amazing work, I will be back!
Woman's bathroom was closed from a flood or something. So we we're super cramed into the men's....just wasn't impressed to have that experience since I heard nice great reviews of other members that said the men's bathroom isn't anything like then the womans. Over all was great though. Enjoyed my massage! It was really nice and our facials were good too. I just hate the upselling. I understand the business encourages the esthetician. Especially after I said I wasn't interested 4 or 5 times. Obviously their get part of $30 extras!!! I may go there again. Maybe next time if I go I'll be sure to and go when I know the woman's change room is back up and functioning properly!
Amazing... only negative part is when we had our private room we had staff come ask us every 10 minutes if so and so was here.... maybe the staff should have a sign with the guest name on it instead of interrupting everyone all the time. Besides that amazing!
