I would caution anyone from ever purchasing a bike from Bike and Brew. I ordered a bicycle ( since the specific model was not stock) and paid in full to have the bike ordered. Prior to ordering the salesperson repeatedly assured me that if the bike did not fit I could return it subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Unfortunately, the bike was not what I expected ( too small and slow) and decided to return the bike. I was informed that the re-stocking fee was now a WHOPPING 25%!! You can imagine my shock and dismay. There was no misunderstanding- the salesperson quoted me 15% re-stocking fee ( which by the way is their return policy for all bicycles) and not 25%. I was finally offered 15% re-stocking fee with in-store credit OR a refund with a 20% re-stocking fee. The former option is essentially useless since their inventory of bicycles is extremely low- consider yourself lucky if you find a bike in stock that fits you - especially if you are a Large (size 58 CM frame or larger) . Their inventory of bicycles of this size is essentially nil. They had nothing in their inventory to try as an alternative. I suggest anyone think twice before purchasing a bike - if you return it you will face an automatic 15 % re-stocking fee, and possibly higher if your experience is like mine. This is not a reputable bike shop. Buyer beware.

Went here to see if they could repair my bike - I was slightly hesitant because they are not primarily a repair shop so I was quite ready to try somewhere else with no hard feelings if they couldn't fix it. The technician not only fixed the issue within a couple of minutes (which another bike shop in town had been unable to fix) he fixed another problem I was having just because I happened to mention it. Both issues were fixed for about $30 while I waited, which I think is great value. Will definitely go back if I need future repairs.

Can't say enough good things about this shop and the employees here! I recently bought a road bike from these guys after having ridden a mountain bike all my life. I was extremely hesitant to make such a big switch. The sales staff there we patient, extremely knowledgeable, and laid back. They answered all of my questions in detail and in a manner in which I could understand (I'm not the most technical when it comes to bike specs). They let me test ride 5-6 different bikes over the course of several days. There was no pressure tactics whatsoever. When I finally did make a decision on which bike to buy, I felt confident and satisfied with the decision I made.A week after buying my bike I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire. I brought my bike in 15 minutes before closing time and the staff there was happy to fix it immediately.I've also brought my old bike here for repairs, which were completed in a timely manner and affordable price.Highly recommend Bike and Brew to anyone in the market for a new bike, bike repairs, or who just wants a cool place to grab a coffee and chill out.

Last summer I purchased a bike direct online. I figured it would save me a little money which I am always game to do. The manufacturer shipped me the bike which I didn't realize would arrive in parts. When I went to assemble the bike I realized some parts were missing. I spent the entire summer trying to get the manufacturer to send me the right parts. I still don't have them. This summer I purchased a new bike at Bike & Brew. Of course I received it all assembled and I was riding and enjoying it the same day I bought it.Lesson learned.

Bought a bike from these guys about a month ago. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't push extra sales onto me. Also, when I told them I was going to shop around they were kind and told me to take my time to find the right bike. There have been some minor issues with the brakes from the manufacturer. When I came in to look at the issues they took a look and addressed the issue right away without me having to come back
