I did serious damage to my bike resulting in a cracked frame, well past the warranty period. Shane went well out of his way to find a replacement frame and do a rebuild for a very reasonable price under the circumstances. Finished bike is like new. I couldn't imagine better service so 5 star review is the least I can offer. Kudos to Shane and the rest of the service guys!
Just wanted to give the staff at The Bike Shop, especially James, a shout out. They were very friendly and took time out of a relatively busy day to help fix a loose front wheel hub that I had brought in, for free, and potentially saved me more time and hassle someplace else. Thanks for making my first experience with you all such a great one!
Awesome mechanics at this shop. Great customer service, they don't try to sell you service that you don't need. I went in asking about a tune up package, they took a quick look at my bike, asked what my concerns were, made a few adjustments to my gears and brakes and told me that was all it needed. 10 bucks and 20 minutes and my bike is working great again. This will always be my first stop for any bike problems.
Best bike shop ever! Very helpful! I've had a couple of things with my bicycle that needed to be fixed. They did an excellent job! The very minor things I didn't even get charged for. Thanks a lot! Really happy to know this kind of service exists! Definitely go back if I need more bike stuff!
Great service and selection. Bought two Linus city bikes for the summer and have been very pleased. Had to bring one in after I got something caught in the chain and they tuned it up free of charge. Great location, lots of room for parking downtown.
