I brought my bike here after Sportchek not ordering a rim for my bike. The staff here took my bike and put a new rim on it right away, I didn't have to wait which was awesome. They felt bad for my situation and comped the labor fee. I will be coming here for any bike needs from now on! Amazing staff
I purchased two bikes from Pure Cycle over the past 5 years. The customer service was great each time. Every year I drop off a bike for service, the staff was very nice in greeting me and very knowledgeable. They have a great selection of bikes and gear too!
I had a very negative experience with Calgary Cycle-Pure. On Friday, I dropped off my Ibis bike to get the gears fixed. I left my bike with them for 7 hours. When I picked up my bike, I was excited to get on my bike and immediately went to Fish Creek to test out the bike and the fixed gears. Unfortunately, nothing had changed with the bike. The gears were shifting the same broken way that they were before I had dropped off my bike to get it fixed. So I turned around and went straight back to Cycle-Pure. I told the lady that had been helping me before, that the gears weren't fixed and the bike was performing the way it was before. She smiled and said that, this doesn't interest her and to leave the bike and they will check it again. I went back the following day to pick up the bike and the same lady said the bike had only been open for three hours and they hadn't had time to check the bike. I had paid $36 for parking by the shop.
I've been to 3 bike stores today looking for advice and accessories. The first two couldn't help me Al @ Calgary Cycle - Pure gave me the best advice in the best service. With that kind of service they get my money and got a client for life. Thanks Al greatly appreciated.
I flew in from Victoria for a bike race and after reassembling the bike I wanted a check on it. I brought it in twice for some issues that seemed new and they sorted me out quickly! They did not charge me. Amazing service, very skilled and very patient with this nervous traveller. Thank you so much guys!
