Excellent service. There is never a lineup to get the bike looked at unlike other bike shops in town. Mechanics are very diligent and always honest about what's needed. Would recommend it.
I was very impressed with the quality of customer service I received at Ridley's. I was helped by two staff members, and both went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. They steered me away from the bike I was initially interested in to a (less expensive) option that was more suited to my riding style; spent a while discussing what kind of maintenance it was going to require (how to do what I could myself, and what I needed to bring it into the shop for); and, after my first day riding, when I realized one component of the bike wasn't fitting me properly, swapped the part out for a larger size. All this on a bike that was heavily discounted as part of their end of season blowout. I can't recommend this store enough.

Great experience for a beginner cyclist! I bought my first road bike at Ridley's last month, and am incredibly happy with my purchase. The staff were very knowledgeable, and encouraged me to test ride a number of bikes to find the right fit for me. My bike was fitted for me and I was given helpful suggestions for accessories and apparel without feeling pressured for a sale. I will definitely be returning to Ridley's for any future bike purchases or assistance!
