The owner went out of his way to make sure I left happy and the after deal service I have received has been perfect. I left with a good experience and nothing but good things to say about them.
Great service. Zain helped us out and was friendly and not pushy at all. He was also more knowledgeable on his inventory than any place wed been to in town. We just got a Mercedes ML350 for a great deal compared to other dealerships. Pricing is very fair there. Id definitely recommend.
I recently bought a beautiful car here. My overall experience was more than great. I wasn't sure about the place at the beginning, but this place is not an ordinary used car dealer. They are quite legit. Actually much better than some of the official car dealers I've dealt with. Here is how it worked for me. 1. I've called the place to get an appointment to view a car. 30 min notice and I was booked to see the vehicle. 2. The car was ready for me at the front door. 3. Nabeel greeted me at the door, gave me the keys to inspect the car. He then left for me the review the car in detail, no pressure, no shadowing. 4. A few minutes later he came and asked me if I want to go for a drive. He photocopied my drive licence and let me drive the car alone. I went for a test drive ALONE on the Stoney Trail. 5. Came back and negotiated a good deal with a trade-in. Put a deposit down. Signed a few paper, not like 300 pages in other place. Pickup my winter tires for the old vehicle, pickup a bank draft. 6. They told me the car will be all fueled up, prepared, ready to go whenever I need. I came back 2 hours later, they switched plates, provided a bag for stuff I needed to pick up from my old car. Overall everything was so smooth to a degree that "this shouldn't be that easy" feeling. But contrary, it was like that. I can recommend this place to anyone.
Great experience! No pressure atmosphere. Fares was great to deal with and the others were also helpful and made sure I left with a smile on my face.
These guys are impressive. Normally I walk into a place with scars on my face and they treat me like "The toughest bar in town is on the other side of town, we are closed." These guys were more like "Can I grab you a coffee and treat you like a person?" The service never stopped, I was allowed to test drive solo and felt like I were an officer in uniform once again. Respected by respectful people. I'll be referring my friends for certain.
