The staff are very friendly and seem knowledgable. Service is quick. I'm not really sure why it costs $200 just to see what's wrong with a vehicle. I'm happy to know it was not a big deal, but seems overly expensive. Also got a quote for hinges on the rear glass of my Escape. It came in at more than 4x what I can get the same parts for online (even before the cost of installation). Sure, we expect parts to cost more from the dealer, but wow. I miss Honda service. They always washed my Odyssey. Would be nice if Ford would too. It's good for them to have gleaming vehicles coming off their lot and it makes customers feel good driving off that way.

Bought a used F150 from NS. Sales staff were fair and forthright. No surprises and got a very fair deal, on my trade and my new truck. Service group did a great job of getting the truck ready for me to drive and we're awesome on the follow up. Got a great deal on take off snow tires as well. Would recommend all aspects of this dealership in a heartbeat. Service has been awesome over the last 2 months as well. Quick, efficient, reasonably priced and very quick to communicate.
Getting a car through North Star was easy and transparent. We went in on a Sunday where they were under staffed and busy but Heather, our sales lady was straight to the point when it came to the point of sale and did not beat around the bush; absolutely loved this approach and it made the entire process easy and smooth. We were given our time without any rush to look at the vehicle we were purchasing and really explore the features without any pressure which made me want to get the car even more.A clean, easy going and transparent approach is the best way to do business instead of constantly putting pressure on the client and North Star did this with my case.Both Heather & her manager were able to accommodate my situation perfectly and worked with me to reach something that made sense for all parties.Mike, the Financial Services Manager has also been easy to deal with. I must say that the service at Northstar Ford is great. They kept me informed on what was being done to my F 150. However, when I brought my truck in the day before for the repairs, it was in great shape, body wise. Not looking at my truck when I received it, and having it parked for a couple of days. I noticed some damage on the rear bumper. I know I cannot prove it. But what I do know is, there was no damage on it when I brought it in. Hoping there is any video footage on what happened. It is in a very odd place because the bumper itself is not damaged, so it couldn't be another vehicle. I will find out more after the long weekend.
