Another very helpful person that works there is Gunther Ha, the finance manager. He advises you and provides all the information you need to know. These guys know what they're doing. I had the exceptional pleasure of working with my sales consultant - Shannon McDonald - on a trade-in for a new Rogue SV lease. I must say, that this was one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership; not pushy, fair, and understanding of my needs in a vehicle - not to mention patient. I would absolutely recommend going to Sunridge Nissan and speaking with Shannon regarding a new vehicle. He worked diligently with Wellington - the sales manager - to get me in the price range that I had asked for. After I agreed on price, David Torres - the finance manager - not only got me through quickly, but without any hassle or unnecessary up-sell. These three gentlemen are genuine and honest businessmen which I can most definitely respect, especially coming from a world of pressure sales and quotas. If you want to talk about service... as we were 20 minutes away from the vehicle registry closing, Shannon made the run over to acquire my new registration and license plate while I was finishing up paperwork. All I had to do was sit pretty and drink coffee. I indicated that I would like to drive away today - and even though it was a race against time - they made it happen. Talk about dedication to your client - these guys are awesome! If you are looking for your next vehicle, I'd definitely recommend Sunridge Nissan. Oh, and of course, my Rogue drives like a dream. My Sales Representative was Shannon McDonald I would highly recommend dealing with him. He made the purchase experience very pleasant and seemed to tailored his approach to meet my needs. I also found him to be very personable and genuine. He was not pushy and could read into the fact that I wanted my space to consider the product offering. He Kept in touch to see how I was making out and offered to answer any additional questions that I had since we met. I would for sure seek him out and deal with him again. David Torres the Finance Manager was also excellent explained everything very well. He offered some valuable insight that guided me well through the process. Overall I felt the staff at Sunridge Nissan genuinely cared about my needs and not just about selling a car would definitely shop here again.
My sister and I went to Nissan Sunridge just to inquire on their sales event. We were very hesitant and nervous at first as we are not knowledgeable in trading in our old vehicle and buying a new car. With the help of our sales rep, Conor Logan and finance guy, David Torres, they were helpful in accommodating our needs and giving us a good deal. They offered us a reasonable interest rate and acceptable trade-in amount for our old car. In addition to this is the lower security plan that will give us extra peace of mind. We are also thankful for the winter tires that we paid only half of the actual cost. We thought we will have a problem with the installation as they were at first telling us that its not included in the deal but true to their words,especially David Torres, the tires were also installed for free.
