We recently had a great experience at Marlin Ford. We went in with a budget and knowing what we wanted. They worked extremely well with us in finding us the vehicle we had in mind and that fit within our budget. They went above and beyond when it came to making sure the vehicle was in good working order and very clean. We have worked with another Ford dealer in the city and didnt receive service as good as Marlin provided. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle.

After deciding we wanted an F-150, we visited our closest dealership with our list of wants and needs. The salesperson a)did not listen to our needs; b) had no idea what vehicles they had on the lot; c) completely turned us off with his attitude; and worst of all, d) pretty much ignored the female side of our duo. We told them we were going to do "more research" and left.We went straight to Maclin. As soon as we got out of our vehicle, we walked up to an employee, explained that we had a list of options we wanted and that we'd already left one dealership. Adam was immediately professional and remained so during the entire experience. As he was new, he wanted to make sure we were treated properly, and asked his manager, Justin, to get involved.The two of them not only listened to what we asked for, they were immediately helpful in determining which vehicles met those needs. We hopped in a vehicle, took a spin, and decided if the price was right we would make the deal.Needless to say, we got a great deal on the truck we wanted, with ALL of the options we had listed. A huge shout-out to Justin and Adam for making our experience memorable and friendly. Never once did we feel we were getting a run-around or "gamed" in any way. The whole place just "felt right", all the way through dealing with Angela in finance.We will definitely recommend Maclin to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle. They did really satisfy all our needs in a courteous, professional, and personable manner.
Buying a car at Maclin Ford was a first class experience. Reg, Fuji in sales and Steve from finance were all both friendly and professional. Even after closing the sale, I've received great support from Reg from driving the car home for me to answering esoteric questions about my new vehicle.
I'm taking back my 5-star review I gave this dealership earlier and I'm changing it to a 1-star. This dealership is the WORST that I have ever encountered in my driving career. When I bought my new vehicle from this dealership, there were a few scratches and dents that it had and the sales manager had promised to fix those in less than a week after we bought it. We waited 4 weeks, and we got no phone call from the dealership. I called the dealership to see if the parts were in that they had to replace, and the sales manager and salesperson outright denied that they ever promised such a thing to me! It's a good thing I kept the customer copy of the promises they made, otherwise they wouldn't fix it!! So I decided to call Justin, the GM, and he says to me "Why are you worried to get these things fixed?" So after all that is sorted out and my parts are ordered, I call Service to make an appointment. I call them 3 times, and every time I was told that the service department is busy. And every time I was told that, I left a message telling them to call me back. I never received a call back from the service department to book my appointment! I finally got a hold of them on my fourth try, 5 days later...When I brought in my vehicle to fix the dents and scratches, the service department asked me 4 times what I'm here for. When I went to go pick up my vehicle after they had "fixed" the dents, I had to walk around their entire lot for 10 minutes before I finally found my vehicle tucked away in the middle of nowhere. Out of all the dealerships that I go to, the service people always bring the vehicle to the front of the lot and hand you the keys. But this service department handed me the keys and essentially told me to go find my vehicle by myself! After I reach my vehicle, I see that they didn't even fix the dents, so I had to come back a SECOND time to get my vehicle fixed for the dents.For the second time that I went, I was promised by my salesperson that I would get a loaner car, and that it would be ready for me when I dropped off my vehicle. When I go to the dealer and ask for my loaner car, the sales department receptionist tells me that my salesperson never arranged one for me. So I had to cancel all my errands that I had planned that day because I was lied to by this dealership.This dealership really needs to figure something out, because they are a mess! I can never trust this dealer with my brand new vehicle, and will going to another Ford dealer to get my service done!
