I was nervous on what to expect, having experienced high pressure sales. After telling myself that I am just looking and not ready I came out with a brand new Ford Edge. Stephen demonstrated great vehicle knowledge and kindness when negotiating the sale, Jen in finance was organized and efficient and Brian in the service department went above and beyond with getting our trade in vehicle up to par. Metro Ford Dealership in Calgary is Awesome! I have been buying all of my vehicles from Metro Ford since 2003. Every one of my ford vehicles that I had worked best for my needs, and I kept on coming back after a few years to upgrade to a newer and better ford SUV or F150. I got to know Sunny and Janice over the 15 years that I've been buying my Ford's, and they are THE BEST to deal with, as they always treat me like family every time I come in for vehicle maintenance or if just come in for any vehicle questions that I may have. I got my new 2017 F150 Platinum, and for sure I will be coming back for a new 2020 F150 Platinum. I highly recommend Metro Ford and their team! 10 Stars out of 5 !!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I took my car in for a change to winter tires. I was thinking that when the appointment was booked, they would assume that I needed the winter tires ordered. Nope. They did not order the tires, so I had to take it in the next day. The next day, they ordered the wrong tires for my car, so they gave me a rental to drive. At this point the weather sucks and I just want my car back. The day after that, they ordered the tires in the right size, but not the winter tires. They ordered all-season tires for me. I already have all-seasons on my car. I still do not have my car. They have just lost themselves a customer. I will not be going here for service again.
