WE HAVE OUR NEW CAR!!! My girlfriend and I were in desperate need of a new car after a series of unfortunate events happened and so looking for a solution online we came across Aaron Cymbalisty at Carmax Canada Superstore! I visited the carmax today. I got unwelcome response from Kimmie Nguen. After speaking with her for few min. Without knowing what I am looking for or what type of car I own and its worth. She kept on saying that we don't have any car less than $10k at least for 3 times. She basically treated me as If, I' m a homeless guy entered their building accidentally. I am pretty sure she is very judgmental by my skin color. Not trying to accuse only her. I felt so bad by her response. Never going back. I hope management will make their people learn more in providing good customer service.
I had a fantastic experience with Canada drives. Aaron was honest with me and helped answer all my questions I had.
