Great experience with no pressure and lots of freedom to take our time and make the right decision. The price point was significantly lower than the competition. Crazy experience with Driverz auto today.My wife and myself went to test drive a vehicle that we were very much interested in. When we got back and sat down with the sales man, and worked out a offer.. He returned with the financial guy to inform us, that there was some miss communication and the vehicle was sold right under our nose.Im sure if your reading this, you could imagine and understand how livid we where.But to make a long story short. The Manager(Sam) came out of his office. Offered us another vehicle of greater value and out of my budget for even less the what I was going to pay for the other vehicle. And topped it off with a cherry giving us a killer travel voucher. Rather then watch us walk out the door angry as hell. They turned things around and made things more then right for us. This was not some huge sale. They could have easily just said oh well and watch us walk. But Driverz owned their mistake and made things right. They changed my mind of wanting to burn the place to the ground. To wanting to recommend this place to everyone I know. In fact plan to return with my son in the near future for his first purchase of a vehicle.Driverz Auto is a stand up company that takes pride with their reputation. I dont think any other dearship would have gone out on a limb like they did for such a small deal. And for that I am very grateful!! I didnt drive away with the car I wanted. But I did drive away with a car that I would have wanted if it was in my budget.Thank you Driverz Auto, for making a nightmare of a situation into a very pleasant sale.
