It was my first time and DEFINITELY will be my last time renting the car from this business. First they make you to buy two insurances, one for the car and the other one for the windshield. Secondly, the cars are overpriced. I rented the car for two days and returned the car 3 hours before the second day ended. I left the car in the parking lot and left the keys in the safe deposit, then went and gave them a heads up that I returned the car. they charged me for three days probably because they checked the safe deposit late at night and assumed that I brought back the car later than I should have. I have called them three times and every time they tell me we will return you the money, but they haven't. This is literally called scam.
I rent cars from Avis on a bi-weekly basis after abandoning Enterprise for the quality of their assistance during the rental period.This location is one of my regular pick up locations because it is convenient for me. Up to this time the only issue has been difficulty reaching anyone on the phone.I'm sitting in the truck I rented for the week (on my first day). They have a administrative block on the radio which limits volume to the point where you cant heat well whole driving. It's not a pleasant ride and will likely become more annoying as my week progresses. I called 3 times with no answer, ring tone never ends.On the 4th time I was placed on hold and it's been 26 min so far with no word back. Not sure if they forgot or what. I'm hanging up now and dont plan on renting from Avis again.I'm rating it a 2 star instead of 1 or 0 because my experiences before this have been so-so.
I rented a car at this location last week. I wanted to use it to take my daughter to the Rockies. The entire process from booking (on Expedia) to picking the car up through drop off was effortless. The staff were very friendly and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use this location again should the need arise.
The gentlemen who had helped me out made the whole renting experience so much better! He was kind, informative and helpful despite the many questions I had asked him. The car was great - very clean and in great shape. Thankful for a great and easy renting experience, Avis!
