Great customer service - picked up and delivered to airport. Best prices and I am so happy to be supporting a small business owner. I found out that all the other car rental companies are owned by Budget and Enterprise. Also my car started everyday in -30 weather.
When we arrived at Calgary airport from Kitchener-Waterloo airport, we realized we needed the car earlier than requested. After a quick phone call, we were picked up as soon as possible, taken to the office to complete paperwork and were on our way. No surprises with the cost. It was exactly as stated on the website, the most reasonable price I could find, and we ended up with a red Toyota Yaris, exactly the same as our car at home. Nice little car for parking and zipping around in. The weather was -18 the first morning we were there and the car started like a champ. A simple phone call later in the week and we had the car for an extra day. The day we flew back, we were again looking to get to the airport earlier than requested and, again, we were taken care of as quickly as possible. The car was spotless inside and out when we took it off the lot and had no funny smell from weird, hidden car deodorizers as I have often experienced. The building is unassuming and the office is small but I was looking to rent a car not office space. Business is supposed to be moving to a new location which will make it better.We would definitely rent here again. The airport pickup and dropoff and reasonable price make it a surefire repeat. Rented for a trip to Waterton and Kalispell. Wonderful experience and wonderful trustworthy person. We will come back to this place for our rental requirements in future for their customer focussed service .
Great place and its really cheap to get a temp vehicle for a week ($199 + tax). Other places at Airport incl National are way overpriced. I am happy with customer service here and quality of cars offered. The owner is a really nice man, it was pleasure to chat with him.
