A total disaster......you could take the bus to the airport and leave with a car faster than picking up your pre-booked rental. Look elsewhere....Update...and our car reeks like a dirty ashtray. Now we do too.
5th ave Calgary guys are the best. Always treat you super nice and friendly and help with anything you need. Super nice when I was late bringing the car back. I'll use them all the time now.
This is by far my preferred rental company and location. Cars are always clean and ready for pickup. I so enjoy the staff here. Really feel they both look out for me and after me.
My go-to rental place for vehicles. Highly recommend. The staff are always amazingly helpful and always have little touches that improve the experience. Vehicles are always spotless on the inside and clean on the outside.
Reviewing it a 2-star just for the fact that it is painfully slow. We waited over an hour to receive our car (when there were only 2 people in front of us), while the agents up-sold the insurance, roadside assistance, and prepaid fuel. Dropping off can take just as long as there is no drop-off lane and you must wait again. This is not to take away from the extremely friendly staff. If you're a tourist and want A to Z explained to you, then it can be great. If you want an efficient, quick transaction, then pay the extra to pick-up at the airport or another agency instead.
