Genuinely great customer service. I've been a customer for the past 5 years.I heard Rahim offering a free ride to a traveler who had issues with his credit card issuing bank. Impressive guy as ever.
I had a less than satisfactory customer service experience with Budget recently. This location did not honour the benefits of a corporate discount code that my company was given that other branches offer (for example multiple drivers without additional cost or needing to be present--this is a location specific policy). They were actively pushing me to spend more to upgrade to a larger vehicle during my rental pick-up. They then emailed me the incorrect receipt; and upon trying to call in to track down my actual receipt, I sat on hold twice, and both times, someone picked up the phone and instantly hung up on me instead of answering my call.
Giving 5 star because of Kevin. He's really easy to deal with and has changed all my past not so good experiences with this location. I will definately continue to rent from this location.
The Manager there Mr. Rahim is a genuine problem solver, he went an extra mile to help me out.. i will definitely go there again.
When you need a rental car, you need to book through this branch and speak with Rahim. I've rented 4 times from this Budget location, and Rahim has been stellar every time. He's efficient, accommodating, and genuinely cares for his customers. This is now my "go to" rental spot!
