Had my husbands suits tailored here it took them two months without having them finished, we went back for a third visit because the first 2 they were half done and not hemmed so had them re pin him and made another date to come back we just went today and had to wait again 5 mins for them to finish it. BASICALLY NOT DONE ON TIME OR AT ALL, AT FIRST. Now they fit nicely.
Moore's is always a great place to get decent clothing at decent prices. There is always staff ready to attend to you and take your measurements if needs be. I have always found that the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. They make realistic suggestions and are not pushy.They have enough changerooms as well so really the experience is always comfortable there.
Incredible customer service, unbeatable prices, with above average selection and custom suit options. I went here to look for a suit for my wedding with my fiance today.Zachary was the consultant that my fiance spoke to on the phone and who helped us when we came in to the store. Zachary was incredibly helpful, attentive and knowledgeable, we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. We had previously looked at a few other store before we decided to check out Moores (based on a friend's suggestion.) This was BY FAR the best customer service we received and we couldn't have beat (or even come close to) the price that we where offered for a Jacket/Pant combo and vest! I will absolutely be recommending this store and Zachary to my friends and colleagues!
The sales staff here are very rude and condescending...one in particular....Ghadia. They are inept to the point where you to repeat yourself multiple times to get across specifically what you want...ie light pants not black. They take off multiple times while fitting you in an empty store and go somewhere....still not sure where only to reappear after 5 minutes.They tack on extra tailoring charges for things they did not ask you about so you have to make sure you review your charges in extreem detail before paying.Honestly the only thing this store has going for it is price and you have to make sure they dont tack on extra charges. The service staff would be better suited to working at Uncle Johns Used Cars where their morals would better align.
Wow ..............Just WOW.......Spent $1200.00 and after I got home I realized that I got extra items added to my bill which I didnt ask for. Crease set on my pants ($10) and a shirt band ($15) in the pants. Went to pick up my suit and the pants were 2 inches too short so got them to re hem the pants but had to leave them as there was no tailor in house. Got a call that my pants were ready after a few days as the owner hemmed my pants himself. After going back a second time, and trying the pants on, the owner kept pulling them down past the point where I usually where pants and got mad and very short with me and walked away mumbling to himself, leaving me standing there looking at myself in the mirror.... Took my suit home and had to go back a THIRD time because the shirt bands were not put in the pants so I went back a FOURTH TIME to recieve a refund and I dont even think the crease set has been put in my hem. A course on customer service is a needed must at this location. I will never go back....... Tip Top is my new clothing store.
