I would like to thank Iqbal and all the gentlemen who helped me in the men's suit shop on the 4th floor. I went in a few days ago to buy a suit for a wedding, being a young guy in a new city this was quickly proven to be quite difficult, however the staff on that floor were quick to help me find a suit and a great looking shirt to go with it, with a great price.after that they immediately called a seamstress to figure out what alterations needed to be done, and she was also amazing. I came back today to pick up the suit and I tried it on, and i don't think I've ever owned anything that fits this well. After that i returned to customer service to get my suit packed up.The lady behind the counter stuffed my suit in a garment bag with absolutely no care, I ever said to her "I don't think I put my suit on the hangers properly." she responded with "Don't worry! you did a better job than i did". so I didn't think too much about it, I was about to leave and then i had realized i forgot to buy a tie, so i returned to the suit shop and I saw Iqbal working again, i asked him to help me find a tie to match my suit and shirt and he happily did so. He pulled out the same suit off the rack with the same shirt of the shelf and started matching ties for me, and we found the perfect tie. We go up to the till and then he rings me through and then offers to put my tie in my garment bag, as he opens it he was shocked by the way my suit was put into the garment bag, he noticed that my shirt had been wrinkled and immediately offered to re-steam clean the shirt and takes the whole suit out of the bag and puts it in properly. I can't express how thankful he did that, because if i had left the store with the suit in the condition it was in, i would have been screwed the morning of the wedding. Iqbal was a life saver, his level of customer service went beyond all my expectations. It made me actually want to buy another suit right then and there. If anyone at head office see's this I really think you guys should give this man a raise. Staff that are this good and care this much don't come by often. So as soon as i can find another excuse to buy a new suit i will be returning to Simons and i will be looking for Iqbal.

I was biking downtown with my two small kids and had an armload of helmets, coats, water bottles etc as we were shopping in the core mall. We were in the gap and I asked the sales girl for a bag to hold everything that I was dropping, and she refused to give me one! We were in Simons after, and not only did he give me a huge bag, but insisted on packing it for me! He was so kind! What great customer service! Needless to say, Gap has lost me as a customer and I will be shopping at Simons. Thank you Simons!
Was originally going to look for a women's suit for a wedding. We walked in to the section with higher end suits and weren't even addressed. After we looked around, finally we asked for some help. Her reply was this is the fancy smancy section and our regular clothes are over there. She didn't even ask for what function we were looking for . If I showed up in a nice suit, probably would have been helped, however I was wearing jeans because I was LOOKING for a suit. She was extremely disrespectful and rude and I had went in with a budget of over 1500 to spend. If you're looking for a nice ladies suit, go into a men's suit store where they include tailoring and get a custom suit for the same price. I went elsewhere and had an amazing experience. I'd only recommend this place if you want to feel extremely judged if you're not walking in wearing a suit. So appalled and suggest steering clear of this place.
Simons does big department store right! Lots to offer, hip & modern, excellent customer service, great layout, a little cafe with options for everyone. The quality of clothing and items is fantastic and they offer items for all budgets.
