My new favorite store! Going shopping and finding clothes in my style that fit is the best feeling. To make it even better the staff was super nice. Cant wait for pay day so I can go back again lol
I will never return to this store because my money isnt good enough to walk in and get help. I will rather go to a Penningtons atleast the ladies there are friendly and helpful. I asked to be shown where a particular tshirt and me thinking she wouldve shown me the shirt said to me she's helping someone else which she wasnt. She was only hanging back clothes on the line. Went to try a bra and the girl at the door just stood looking at me. I had something in my hand for God sakes why did I have to shout out to u and let u know I wanted to try something on. Im a black woman and felt like the ladies here turned their nose up at me. I felt unaccepted and out of place in a store that is suppose to be size friendly and customer oriented. I was asked if I needed help once....really Torrid please train your retail staff I'm disgusted and sad at how they are in the store. I came all the way here from Medicine hat to buy Bra and I hate how I was treated. The staff there needs to go or they need serious talking to.
Very un welcoming. The staff wasn't pleasant to talk to I had to stand around and look at them before saying I need help. The store wasn't very tidy especially in the discount section. Tshirt "preview section"wasn't set up very well. Made me feel like they didnt want me there when i asked about the Jean's. Worst experience ever.
Went to this store and was truly disappointed not one staff member greeted me, no one checked to see if I needed a fitting room even though I had clothing in my hand. I was in the west Edmonton mall the next day since I was traveling and chose not to go to this store because of my experience.
My absolute favorite clothing store!! Prices are a bit high but I love that their clothes are made for girls with curves!! Styles are beautiful and the staff are helpful!
