ZERO STARS. Received absolutely SHAMEFUL service at this store. BUYERS BEWARE! I rarely leave Google Reviews but couldn't not share the nightmarish experience I had to hopefully save some of you from wasting your energy on the UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARROGANT snobs who work here. My boyfriend got me a black tote bag for Christmas, but the sales associate who helped him pick it out went to the back to grab him a new one at checkout and sold him a green one by accident without him realizing. She had also told him that the black one was on sale, so we assumed that I'd be able to exchange the green one for a black one at no extra cost and without fuss, and I went to the store a few days later to do so. I wasn't greeted with a single "hello" from any of the employees but with a monotonous "are you here to make a return?" when they saw the store bag in my hand. I said I wanted to exchange the bag, but that I was going to browse first to see if I wanted a different style instead. I was not asked if I needed help or advice at all for the next 15 min, as all four or five sales associates chatted amongst each other, noses in the air, with minimal interest in helping any of the customers in the store (which I've noticed is a very common point in the reviews on this store). Finally, one of them gained the sense to call the manager out for me so that I could make the return. I was then told by the manager that the black one was not on sale and would be a higher price, before she even let me finish speaking to fully understand my problem. Instead of honouring the sales price for the black bag, as any paying customer would expect a reputable company to do to fix the blatant mistake of one of their employees, she patronized me and insisted that I would have to pay regular price for it, to which I reluctantly agreed. I could sense the intense, judgemental glares of the employees on me the entire time I was in the store, and I got the awkward feeling that they thought I trying to shoplift because I was taking my time to check out every bag. Like they genuinely thought they were on to something and would not stop staring (LOL). The heroic manager asked if she could take the store bag from me so I could browse more comfortably, to which I happily complied because I thought she was just trying to be hospitable. Upon taking the bag from me, she immediately started sifting through it and I realized that she was actually probably hoping to find stolen merchandise instead. I'd put my Tory Burch wallet (that I previously owned) in the bag before just for convenience, so when she saw it she suspiciously asked if I wanted to buy it as well, to which I responded by showing her that I indeed owned it. After leaving the store and explaining what happened to my boyfriend, who is a lot better than me at standing up to people, he was shocked that I'd been bullied into paying the extra cost. We went back to the store and, again, were adamantly told by the manager that we would not be accommodated at all for the inconvenience of their employee's mistake. I don't know if it was because we weren't dressed up enough that day, or she thought that we were just some dumb kids making the story up to try and hustle them, but she continued to talk over us, was completely apathetic and didn't apologize once when we tried to kindly reason with her. We decided that enough was enough and that they didn't deserve a sale after treating us like inferior cretins, so we told them we wanted to return the bag. It was only then, when they felt the precious commission slipping out of their slimy hands, that we heard the first "sorry :(", and only then that any of them sounded remotely friendly and apologetic. They then even offered us water right before we left! Strange, isn't it? If you want to be recognized as a luxury brand with exceptional customer service, then act like it. DISGUSTINGLY PITIFUL, IMMATURE, AND TASTELESS representation of an otherwise great brand. Will definitely never be coming back to this location unless their entire team is overhauled. What a disappointment.

Wife loves the place I just sit and wait in a comfy chair for her to show what she is buying. Always come away with lots of nice things.

The service here was great. I had to exchange my sandals for a size up since they fit small here. The service girls gave me the display to try since it was the next size up and gave me a bottled water while I waited. The display fitted well but it was the last pair in, that size they had and I didn't want to purchase a display shoes. The girls refunded me my first pair's money and ordered me one from Vancouver. UPS delivered my sandals to my house today. It fits great and I really liked the service at Tory Burch Chinook.

love tory burch but had a very bad experience with staff at this location. i shopped there yesterday but she still kinda spoiled my evening. Zero helpful and lotss of attitude!!!!!!

I feel like I need to post about my visit to counter some of these very negative experiences people have had. I popped in to the store today after seeing an item I was interested in on the website. The sales associate greeted me upon entering the store, and when I inquired about the item, she promptly went to the back to retrieve one for me. I received a bottle of water while she rang up my order, and she was nothing but helpful and attentive throughout. My purchase? Just a little bracelet that was on sale - not a big ticket item at all. I have nothing but good to say about my experience!
