My dad and mom are patients of Dr. Li and had great experience. Dr. Li is very knowledgeable and listens to their needs. The staff team are very efficient, helpful and accommodating. Plus, they can easily access this clinic by CTrain. Highly recommend this clinic. Thumb up for the top notch clinic!
Made an appointment for 11:00 for two vaccinations. It is now 12:00 and I am still waiting to be seen. I understand being late happens but an hour+ is ridiculous. They later tried to tell me that my appointment was at 11:30 but I had the card they gave me upon booking the appointment said 11:00.
Don't come, find other places which serve you better and keep your medical records properly. I was told I am all set and good to do any work in healthcare field two years ago when I was a bow valley college student and did all the mandatory immunizations there. Today, they told me they do not have my TB test records, are you kidding me? What kind of professionalism you have?
We have been to both this location and the Sundance location. We like this clinic because we have been able to get same day appointments, which always beats the lines at walk-ins. My husband was able to see the doctor and get the referral he needed to also see a specialist. We have experienced small wait times on the odd occasion, however, this is expected if the doctor needs to spend extra time and care on other patients he/she is seeing. I would want that for my care and treatment as well.
Dr. Bhanwath is by far the WORST doctor I've ever seen. He is wildly unprofessional and supremely rude. He refused to refer me for orthotics because I had not seen my own doctor yet. He wouldn't even look at my foot. He didn't believe the information I was giving him, and he told me that since orthotics are expensive he would get audited if he couldn't tell them why he sent the referral. My foot has been in pain sitting, walking, and standing for more than a month. That's not a good enough reason. The entire reason I went to a walk-in is because my doctor is not downtown, and was fully booked. I am astonished that such a horrible human being can be in charge of people's medical treatment. If there were a rating of less than one star that's what I would have given him. His bedside manner is non-existent and if he cares more about insurance and providing medical care, then maybe he shouldn't be a doctor. He literally left the room and walked away before I finished speaking. Please, please go elsewhere for your medical care.
