Dr. Alisha Rai is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. No-showed today for her appointments, was only told once I got there without prior warning. The staff stated they didnt even know where she was.My previous two appointments with her were also not very good - she didnt even know what I was there for (hint: take a second and read my chart before coming in the room). I am finding a new doctor immediately.If youre looking for a physician, avoid this one at all costs. Only thing she is good for is possibly a walk-in appointment for something simple, doesnt seem to have much competency for much else.
Good as a walk in clinic. I've met with most of the doctors, and they have all been nice. It can be frustrating as a family doctor however, as specific doctors aren't usually available for appointments.
I have been going to Dr. Al-Witry for the last year and a half, and Dr. Ali before that when they were located at Quarry Park. Dr. Al-Witry is a great doctor. He is patient, knowledgeable, shows compassion, and best of all he involves you in your treatment options by explaining the pros and cons of your choices. The staff are definitely a bonus to going to this clinic. They are friendly, cheerful, and try their best to help you out. If they can help you, they will, and not every clinic has that kind of support. The location is clean, easy to find, and conveniently along one of my regular bus routes.
I've been at this clinic for over a year and I've had consistently positive experiences. The front desk staff are very courteous and helpful. The walk-in option is very convenient; I've seen several different doctors and they've all been good. Nobody seems rushed at this clinic, and even if I'm not seeing my family doc they take the time to read my file and have meaningful dialogue. Also the pharmacy / travel clinic across the hall is fantastic!
I am not coming back to this clinic again. My doctor was judgmental and unhelpful when it came to my mental health issues. In follow up appointments she did not ask me how I was dealing with my depression/anxiety. It truly felt like she did not care about my physical or mental health at all. Once I finally decided to switch doctors within the clinic, my appointment with the new doctor gets canceled. A day before my rescheduled appointment I am told that she actually is not accepting new patients at all. I have no idea why they didn't tell me that before I had to wait three weeks for my appointment. I have wasted so much of my time with this clinic; time that should have been spent with other doctors who actually want to help me. Some of the staff are really kind and helpful, but I've had a bad experience with the rest. Unfortunately, I do not recommend going here.
