Their clinic phone line isn't answering or ringing at all.. their staff forgets to get back to people on hold!!! Terrible staff!!! You have to follow up for results every time because they don't care about their patients and will forget to follow up with you. Doctor promises to reach out and she doesn't!
Reception ladies are polite and professional. Dr shergill is awesome !
Staff are very friendly and helpful, they always make you feel welcome and cared for. The doctors get you in on time with very little wait times, they all take fantastic care of patients. Appointments take priority as they should!! I love pointing and laughing at people that think its a good idea to 'walk-in' to a doctors office without an appointment. Thats what medi-centers are for!!
Disgusting Attitude! I called reception to make an appointment and the receptionist was very impolite! Very rude! Based on that behavior that was displayed by the receptionist I did not proceed to even make an appointment!
Wait times with an appointment is 5-10 minutes. Not bad. Doctors are professional and knowledgeable. Wait time for walk-ins without an appointment is terrible. I would not come back here for a walk-ins nor would I recommend it. Make an appointment instead.
