Maya is amazing! I was greeted as soon as we walked into the door, I didnt feel pressured at all about making a sale. She told/shown me of all options for what I was looking for. She was super helpful when it came out to finding out about financing, delivery, and protection plans. I even appreciated having the store manager introducing himself and making sure we were taking care of. Super friendly staff, amazing floor layout, clean environment, and best of all AMAZING prices!!!
My experience at Ashley Furniture 32nd Ave by far was the best experience I have ever had. I got great customer service the whole time.Matt the sales manager offered me fresh coffee as soon as I walked in the door. He was patient and very experienced in all the furniture Ashley had and worked within my price range. The rest sales staff was really friendly and offered assistance alongside Matt. The full process I never felt like anyone was overbearing and walked away excited for a new look for my house! This is the second time I have bought from them and quality is five star. This furniture shop has lot of variety and good quality furniture. Some awesome People very friendly. I dealt with Matt Armstrong, he was patient, knowledgeable and super friendly. Good discounts too. But you need to be good negotiator.
I have been coming to Ashleys for the past 3 years for all my furniture, and I can truthfully say PJ has never let me down. He is honestly the best person I have ever dealt with. Every time I come for something hes does everything he can to get me what I want for the best price possible.
