Very happy to have found this store! Went to other stores like the Brick etc. but when I found Furniture Extreme, I found the same high end items for a way cheaper prices! The sales people were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. No pushy sales tactics. A clean store with a good variety of items to choose from. Brought my wife after finding this gem of a store and she loved it also. Made a great purchase on a mattress as an anniversary gift to each other and were thrilled about our purchase! Wont find better deals or better sales people than here. Very much worth the trip! Highly recommended! We will be back! :)
Great customer service experience in store! Super knowledgeable about the quality of the products. We got our sectional at an amazing price and came in a timely manner. Best thing was the free delivery! Makes getting furniture so much easier! Delivery was smooth and quick - they even offered felt for the sectional legs! Definitely will be back to get my other furniture pieces needed.
My experience with Furniture Extreme is all highly positive. Andy was the person helping us and he was so helpful through the entire process. We got a smokin' good deal on a sectional with the sleeper. They thought it might take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive and we got it in exactly 6 days. We are so happy with it, it looks even better than on the sales floor. Our only disappointment was that when we bought our bedroom set last Christmas, it was with The Brick and not these guys. We will be getting our furniture here in the future for sure. Thank you guys for the quick and incredible customer service.
Furniture Extreme is an excellent 5 star company. Their store is clean, nice and easy to walk around browsing . The staff are all willing to help you but they don't follow your every move like they do at The Brick Store. They deliver, unwrap your purchase and set it up right in you home wherever you want it and they take the boxes and wrapping away with them. ALL their employees make you feel special. So I would love to rate a 5 star to the staff as well. Best store, best staff and best overall prices. If I could vote a 10, I would.
My boyfriend and I went to almost every furniture store in the city for a decently priced sectional and we're so happy that we found this place! Zach was super helpful and kind and we got an UNBELIEVABLE deal. We will definitely be coming back for the rest of our furniture.
